Seth brings a balanced collection of experience, instinct, and a natural disposition for leadership to Happen Houston. After dedicating ten years of service as a Force Reconnaissance Commander in the United States Marine Corps, to which he tributes his diversified background to, Seth demonstrates his professional aptitude through the development, implementation, and execution of tactical business strategies.
Seth cultivated his unwavering work ethic through time spent on bases across California, Virginia, and North Carolina, furthering his military exposure and proficiency in leading young professionals in essential task training, personnel employment plans, operational risk management, and unit coordination. Now, Seth leverages his niche for improving the operational efficiency in a business and a passion for guiding others in every strategic direction, helping to further establish Happen Houston's presence as one of the city's most prominent brokerages.
A native Houstonian, Seth obtained his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M, where he also competed in collegiate Track & Field. When not focused on strategic planning and business development, Seth directs his free time to his wife and son, personal fitness, and woodworking.
