Meet Katy

A third generation industry advisor, Katy Hall Wyly found life only took her in one direction- towards real estate. After graduating with a degree in Economics, she entered her professional career working with a builder before going on to join a brokerage that specialized in distressed properties and foreclosures. These professional opportunities opened windows into the real estate investment domain, expanding her analytical and advisory horizons into the niche market of short-term rentals. Owning two rental properties of her own, Katy educates and counsels clients by keeping data and research at the center, integrating her personal experience and instinct to deliver an authentic, versatile experience. Empathy informs her approach to each relationship; she knows what to communicate and when, organically ensuring clients from start to finish. Katy’s extensive array of designations, including Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), and Certified Vacation Rental Agent (CVRA), reiterate her already impressive playbook.

 

Outside of work, Katy expands her knowledge and appreciation by traveling with her husband. Together, they’ve explored various corners of the world, going as far to expand her personal life into Colorado, where Katy is also a licensed real estate advisor. In addition to her family’s five rescue pets, she finds paralleled purpose in fostering animals, bringing her mission to help someone find their “home” in a full circle.
